If I could put more than 5 stars for John Roberts, I absolutely would! We had an exceptional experience with John Roberts as our car salesman. He went above and beyond, making my birthday and our first car purchase as a couple truly special. I took my Infiniti to Sewell Fort Worth Monday afternoon for a check engine light. They gave me a loaner car that I didn’t even have to ask for, called me that night with an update, then had the car ready by noon the next day. I pulled into the service bay with the loan car. The service advisor, Kendall, promptly came over then brought the paperwork to the car for me to sign. I sat down for exactly 1 minute before my car was pulled around, clean as a whistle and ready to go. This was by far the best service experience I have ever had with any dealership in my life!! They were amazing! Thank you Kendall and thank you Sewell infinity for putting your customers first … amazing experience.

The battery was acting weak, so I called & was told to come on in. I arrived & was cordially greeted by Lizzy & shown to the comfortable waiting suite. What a truly remarkable experience we had at Sewell Infiniti of Fort Worth! About six weeks ago we stopped in just to take a quick peek at the Q80, but we didn't have time to test drive. The saleman who greeted us, John Roberts, knew we were truly just dashing in and out and that we would not be back until after Christmas. But he took the time to stay with us and answer every question we had. He also directed us to a Q60 to see if that might work for our specific needs. When we returned this past weekend we asked for Mr. Roberts but learned he was out. We were then helped by Olivia Arnott. We ended up working with her for a good two hours, test driving both the Q80 and Q60 and spending time in her office discussing them. We were honest with her that we would also be looking at other vehicles. But she took all the time we needed to answer our questions. While there, we were offered water bottles by the New Car Sales Manager, Allison Buxton, who also spent time addressing our specific lifestyle (we are full time RVers) and helping us think through how to best address them. Before leaving, the GM, Roxanne Morrison, stopped in to say hello. She couldn't have been more pleasant! So the end of the story is, we did not end up buying an Infiniti! But honestly, everyone there had been so friendly, so courteous, so interested in how they could best meet the various requirements we had that we went back in to tell them thank you and let them know that we were going a different direction. Just met with a gentleman named Trevor Redman, who was professional and knowledgeable about the full line and specs on the vehicle that I was interested in. Unfortunately the color choices didn't work out, we are keeping in touch and I am considering leasing a vehicle at this location. I found this sales person to not only handle me in a professional manner, he added no pressure of any kind whatsoever, which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this dealership for their quality service and the environment and energy they display when dealing with customers.
